Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is approximately 10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays. We currently use PostNord.dk and DAO as our primary shipping providers.
Invoice & Contact: If you do not receive an invoice via email, please contact us at movementtray@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. The customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the package is collected within the courier’s deadline. We are not liable for additional costs or delays caused by unclaimed packages.
Shipping to the United States:
Shipping rates to the United States are currently highly unstable and subject to frequent fluctuations. This is primarily due to political decisions made in the U.S., which also impact applicable tariffs. As a result, shipping costs to the United States are presently significantly higher than usual.
