Destinations: We are pleased to offer shipping to all countries.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery time is approximately 10 business days. However, please note that shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays. We currently use PostNord.dk and DAO as our primary shipping providers.

Invoice & Contact: If you don’t receive an invoice via email, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at movementtray@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. The customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and that the package is collected within the courier’s deadline. We are not liable for additional costs or delays caused by unclaimed packages.

Due to recent changes in international postal regulations, the cost of shipping outside the EU has increased significantly. We truly apologize for the inconvenience, but these changes unfortunately affect our shipping prices.
